Such Vindictive Tax Imposed Could Kill the 2nd Amendment

gun-tax
A massive new handgun tax imposed in one U.S. territory could serve as a blueprint for Democrats to ban firearms throughout the country without being shut down by the Constitution.
Late last month, a federal judge ruled unconstitutional a 40-year-old total ban on handguns in the Northern Mariana Islands. In the ruling, the judge declared.

“Because the people of the Commonwealth are part of the American people who have overwhelmingly chosen handguns as their principal means of self-defense, the Second Amendment protects that right here as well.”

Liberals’ obsession with raising taxes saga continues. In response to the judge’s order, the territory’s governing body worked out another way to deny residents 2nd Amendment rights without constitutional interference. The House and Senate lawmakers in the commonwealth quickly passed a harsh control bill which includes a massive $1,000 per pistol excise tax. This is republican governor Ralph Torres. He doesn’t want the poor and the middle-class to rights to defend themselves. Starting to sound like many 3rd world countries and socialist EU nations.
Torres and his legislature show that authoritarian streaks run through both parties.

Governor of Mississippi Constitutional Carry Law
Governor of Mississippi Constitutional Carry Law

More good news for freedom lovers around American and Mississippi in particular. Governor Phil Bryant just signed Constitutional carry into law. Just over a month ago, West Virginia got Constitutional Carry passed after a veto override. Bloomy boys are furious.

Originally introduced as a church security bill to allow those with a concealed carry permit to have a firearm in church, House Bill 786 (HB786)
was passed in the House by a vote of 85-33. However, when it was sent to the Senate, the scope of the bill was greatly expanded in the Judiciary A Committee. As noted by a report from Guns.com:

West Virginia Becomes the 8th Constitutional Carry State

wvcdl
Earlier this month West Virginia became the 8th state with permitless carry. A major advance for citizens’ rights and a ringing endorsement of the Second Amendment.
If you’re 21 years, and not a felon you’re allow to open and concealed carry without a permit. WV is already an open carry state. Thanks to WVCDL pro gun grass roots which helped write that state’s law, applauded the bipartisan vote to override the governor’s veto.
The House voted 64-33 to override the governor’s veto, and the Senate followed suit on Saturday, with a vote of 23-11.

The Washington Free Beacon reported that the new law makes West Virginia the eighth state in the country to “implement what gun rights activists call ‘constitutional carry.’” West Virginia’s new law is part of what the Free Beacon said is “a national trend that began in 2003,” when only Vermont allowed concealed carry without a permit.
Bloomberg and boys are furious. Hopefully next year or two, Virginia is to follow. For the past 2-3 years, our country is heading towards more liberty and rights of the people.

HB1163Such great news today after a long journey since December the 22 2016 when VA’s Attorney General Mark Herring decided to stop recognizing concealed carry permits from 25 states. The Five Stages of Violent Crime

5stage

I just have to put this out there. There are times when avoidance situation awareness just won’t do it. The Five Stages of Violent Crime has been tested in court as an easily explainable standard by which individuals determined if they were legally justified to use self defense tactics. Remember, when it comes to violence there are usually legal repercussions. Therefore we strongly advocate you know when you are justified to use force.  A shorthand version of the five stages. Each is linked to a more in-depth look at the subject.

The Truth About Online Gun Sales that the Anti-Gun politicians are not telling the Truth About Online Gun Sales

online-guns

Every single time I purchase a gun online it gets delivered to my local FFL of my choice, never straight to my house. Those online gun stores such as, budsgunshop.com, atlanticfirearms.com, palmettostatearmory.com, hinterlandoutfitters.com just to name a few are all FLL dealers. They DO NOT ship any guns to your house, you must choose a FFL dealer or they won’t process your order.

Colion Noir explains how Obama and other anti-freedom politicians use deceptive methods in their language to deceive the masses who don’t know how the process works. Instead of Obama being more precise with his language, saying a violent felon can buy a gun he saw online in a face to face transaction with a private seller and without having to go through background check, he purposely leaves those keywords out. Instead he says, a violent felon can buy a weapon (gun) without a background check over the internetThat’s it.

Higher civilian gun ownership, equates to lower gun violence

guns4

Here are the factual data from the CDC there were 7 firearm-related homicides for every 100,000 Americans in 1993 (see light blue line in chart). By 2013 (most recent year available), the gun homicide rate had fallen by nearly 50% to only 3.6 homicides per 100,000 population.
Contrary to what the left wing mainstream media and gun-control advocates say.

Most people who make such claim that the US gun violence and death surpass countries such as, the UK, Norway or Australia. They all failed to realize that they are comparing over 300 million people vs 25 million. You have to compare per capita. Compare the continental US vs the whole Europe now go figure…

VCDL Lobby Day 2016 Report

lobbyday16-2

Governor Terry McAuliffe and his Attorney General Mark Herring kicked the hornet’s nest. After denying 25 states (6 million people) permit holders and restricting firearms in state buildings. On January the 18th , we had over 1200 freedom, Second Amendment supporters showing up despite the frigid temperatures. This huge turn out send a strong message to Virginia law makers.

A lot of folks met with their delegates, senators and house of representatives. Private groups and VCDL teams covered every legislator’s office and many legislators saw three or even four teams come by! Handing out printed papers with the bills we support and ones we opposed. Each bill has comments elaborating them and reader-friendly. VCDL 2016 Legislation Tracking Tool

The general assembly building was pack almost every floor with people wearing guns save lives stickers. The anti-gunners were outnumbered big time. 😆
We had one Senator Dave Marsden with his silly banner saying ” Welcome gun lobby day lobbyday16-8members. I know you mean well. But, if it isn’t to much trouble, please stop trying to save our lives… Too many people are getting killed in the effort
Doesn’t he know criminals are the trouble ones? Many people open carrying posted and took pictures in front of his banner. And by the way, over a thousand loaded guns were carried in to the general assembly and not a sing shot fired. It was probably the safest place to be in Virginia at the time. No one started shooting anyone over disputes, arguments or such. The progressive left always say angry gun owners, and someone is going to get shot, woo… We can’t have to many guns! OMG!
